Our Technology

We believe in technologies. But not all of them bring real benefit to the company, so we have come a long way to select the really worthwhile ones. In our opinion, technologies should simplify work as much as possible where they are able to do so, and not create the appearance of efficiency.

Our business field is Idea Management, Social Innovation, Prediction Markets. We used both world best practices and our own developments, some of which are patenting and have no analogues, while designing the BrainForce ideas and innovation management platform. In the case of the FuturUS forecasting system, the basis was our scientific experience and research in the field.

All our systems are based on crowdsourcing, that is, involving people in a common activity to gather together all the abilities, skills and information from employees, customers or partners for the benefit of the company. The applied models of communication allow to use already available resource, to minimize financial and time expenses, to equip heads with the structured information.

In the field of idea management, there are well known problems such as shifting user ratings, non-constructive discussions, low efficiency of selection on a large number of ideas, voting for populist proposals, etc. We know these difficulties and successfully solve them: there has been developed a unique system of internal motivation using virtual currency, the 'anti-flood' model, and a multi-stage voting process was introduced, including an effective pairwise comparison stage for any amount of content, and much more.
