Description:
The project was aimed at collective forecasting of the main financial indicators of the company and its regional offices, namely, compliance of the forecasts adopted by the management with the real expectations of employees who face the business "from within" and see the real picture on the ground.
It was based on the FuturUS platform, built on the technology of prediction markets and collective forecasting. All participants, regardless of their position in the company, had the opportunity to influence the aggregated forecasts.
Results:
In one of the five divisions of the holding, a serious discrepancy between the employees and management opinion was revealed, which indicated the need to revise the forecasts; in the other two, local signals were recorded that required attention.
The project also made it possible to convey their vision of the situation on the ground to regional employees in a simple and exact way, as well as increased information exchange between the divisions of the Holding.
