Involvement of the expert community in decision-making

Objectives:

1. To integrate an external expert community into the decision-making process.
2. To increase the efficiency of the solutions developed based on the process provided by the platform, and to obtain an expert "micro-community" around each such solution.
3. To improve the performance of the center on a number of key issues.

Description:

The situation center of the Academy is an information and analytical body that supports the decision-making of expert and other groups in accordance with the operational and strategic objectives of the Academy. The BrainForce system allowed to involve a wide expert community for collective discussion and search for optimal solutions, which significantly increased the efficiency and reduced the time spent on the study of each problem.

Results:

The project showed the possibilities of successful use of the BrainForce platform to attract and work with the expert community, as well as increased the efficiency of the situation center as a whole. Decision-making on important issues has become complex, carried out by the process and algorithms provided by the BrainForce platform.
