Building innovation infrastructure on BrainForce platform in SOGAZ Insurance Group

Objectives:

1. To implement crowdsourcing platform BrainForce to the company’s infrastructure
2. To integrate the platform with internal company’s software
3. To build employee idea management process on the platform
4. To tech employees to work with the platform

Description:

Idea Management platform BrainForce was modified according to the requirements of SOGAZ Insurance Group and than implemented to the company’s infrastructure. Today BrainForce works successfully like a constant innovation process inside SOGAZ as both enterprise (for employees) and open (for partners) system with 30+ topics.Collective Intelligence Systems also technically support the system.

Platform BrainForce allows:

1. To unite employees of different departments for company’s problems solving and local improvements search
2. To establish constant idea&innovation management process inside SOGAZ
3. To find new talents and form employee reserve
4. To improve employees’ involvement to the corporate processes and challenges
