"TeMP-2015" is an international competition of young professionals, in which students and graduates work online to solve real production problems of Rosatom enterprises. The tournament was held by Rosatom State Corporation and Rosatom Corporate Academy.
"TeMP-2015" is an international crowdsourcing project of young professionals, in which students and graduates work online to solve real production problems of Rosatom enterprises. The tournament was held by Rosatom State Corporation and Rosatom Corporate Academy.
As part of the work on the platform provided by Collective Intelligence Systems, participants submitted solutions, voted for them, and joined teams to finalize and form full-fledged projects based on solutions. A team of specially trained specialists-methodologists of the system was handling an organization of the crowdsourcing process and communication with the participants.In total, there were submitted more than 3,800 applications for participation in the tournament, almost 1,300 participants of which were selected and invited to the site.
Results:
During the project, each participant was able to prove himself. With the help of a specially built system of assessments and ratings, the real competencies and abilities of applicants were revealed, which did not always coincide with their declared and academic merits. The best projects of solutions out of 46 tasks set by the enterprises were developed and selected, which will be implemented by Rosatom.
The best participants of the crowdsourcing project got a job/internship in the companies of Rosatom.
Furthermore, a strong candidate pool was formed out of several hundred of the most trained and motivated specialists, who can be involved in the future.
