The Tournament purpose:
In the course of work on the solution of real production tasks to select graduates of specialized specialties with high potential for further work at the enterprises of the nuclear industry.

Description:
"TeMP-2016" is a competition of young professionals, in which students and graduates work online to solve real production problems of Rosatom enterprises. The tournament was held by Rosatom State Corporation and Rosatom Corporate Academy. As part of the work on the platform provided by Collective Intelligence Systems, participants submitted solutions to production tasks, and then joined teams to finalize and form full-fledged projects that reached the semifinals and finals of the tournament. A team of specially trained specialists-methodologists and moderators was handling an organization of the crowdsourcing process and communication with the participants.

In total, there were submitted more than 4,200 applications for participation in the tournament, 1,400 participants of which were selected and invited to the site. 37 enterprises of Rosatom took part in the drafting the tasks.
Results:
The best solutions of actual production tasks of enterprises with potential for implementation were developed and selected. During the work on the project, the level of professional and technical knowledge and skills of all participants was determined, and with the help of a specially built system of assessments and ratings, the real competencies and abilities of applicants, both individual and team were revealed. The best participants were employed at the enterprises of Rosatom group and became participants of the program of development of young specialists "The Future of Rosatom". An extensive personnel reserve has been formed in the form of several hundred of the most trained and motivated specialists, with whom, following the results of the project and subsequent monitoring, the enterprises of the industry continue to interact.
